All our products are individually handmade by the Euphoric Image’s artists. Handcrafting your piece can take up to three weeks depending on current order volumes.
LARGER ITEMS
Larger or bespoke pieces may take 6 weeks or longer, depending on complexity.
Additional time may be required to arrange a specialist fragile courier to ensure safe delivery.
DELIVERY & TRACKING
Once your order is ready, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details.
We use trusted couriers to ensure your piece arrives safely and in perfect condition.

We want you to be delighted with your piece. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to help.
BESPOKE & MADE TO ORDER
As each item is handcrafted to your specifications, bespoke pieces are non-returnable.
Please ensure you are fully satisfied with your design choices before confirming your order.
We provide accurate illustrated designs to guide your selection; however, slight variations may occur due to the nature of glass, colour transparency, and lighting conditions.
DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible, providing photographs of both the packaging and the item.
We take great care in packaging, but if damage occurs, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a full refund for items that arrive damaged or where there is a genuine fault.

RETURN COSTS
Return postage costs will be deducted from your refund unless the item is damaged or faulty.
