This Mackintosh Green Rose Stained Glass Mirror is one of the most decorative designs in our Mackintosh collection, this handcrafted stained glass mirror embraces the rich ornamentation and intricate leadwork that define the work of Charles Rennie Mackintosh and the Glasgow School. Rather than simplifying the composition, we chose to celebrate its complexity, combining elegant flowing curves with a bold geometric framework to create a striking balance between nature and architecture.

🧩 MATERIALS
Mirror surface, coloured glass overlays, lead, soldering and protective patina finish.

🎨 COLOUR PALETTE
A carefully composed palette of streaky olive green, rich amethyst, soft streaky cream, vibrant fuchsia and ice white is complemented by textured clear glass, adding depth, movement and beautifully changing reflections as the light moves across the surface throughout the day.

📏 AVAILABLE SIZES 
this design is perfectly suited to both compact and larger interiors, offering the same intricate craftsmanship and distinctive character in two versatile sizes. 
• 22 × 36 cm (approximately 8.7 × 14.2 inches) – size shown in the photographs.
• 36 × 60 cm (approximately 14.2 × 23.6 inches) – a larger statement version with increased mirror area and visual impact. 

Each mirror is individually handcrafted to order. Custom sizes are also available upon request, from small decorative pieces to large bespoke commissions. Pricing varies according to size, design complexity and delivery destination.

🖼️ Ready to Hang
Each mirror is fitted with a strong picture cord on the back and arrives ready to hang. Some pieces can be quite heavy, so please ensure suitable wall fixings are used for your wall type.

🛠️ Handcrafted Quality
◦ Each piece is individually handcrafted in Scotland using our lead overlay stained glass technique. 
◦ Carefully constructed using individually cut coloured elements, with every joint fully soldered for added strength and durability.
◦ The lead is finished with a dark protective patina which enhances the overall appearance while helping protect against oxidation over time. 
◦ Our pieces are fully leaded around the entire border, removing sharp exposed edges and creating a safer, more refined finish.
◦ Each mirror is securely backed and reinforced to ensure stability, longevity and lasting quality — designed not only as decoration, but as a handcrafted piece of art made to last.

Delivery is included within mainland UK. Additional charges may apply for Highlands and Islands.
