Overlay Stained Glass (Leaded Glass)
Our Overlay Stained Glass, also known as Leaded Glass, is crafted by applying lead strips to both sides of a 6mm toughened safety glass panel. The coloured panels are placed on one side beneath the lead strips, creating the appearance of traditional stained glass while maintaining exceptional durability.
A wide variety of plain colours and textured finishes can be combined with soldered lead to achieve stunning, long-lasting effects.
 
To enhance authenticity, we always solder each joint and carefully age the lead, giving the glass its timeless, classic character.
 
With hundreds of overlay colours available, you can fully customise your design.
 
Every piece is handcrafted to order, allowing you the flexibility to adapt or personalise your glass to suit your space.
 
Delivery
Delivery is included in the price for mainland UK. Additional charges may apply for remote locations or international orders. Please allow 4–5 weeks for delivery, as each piece is handmade by a single artist and completed in sequence with existing commissions.
